Every one of us carries suffering.
And every one of us carries a heart that knows what love is.
Through mindfulness–sustained, un-judging, loving awareness–
it is possible to see, care for, and transform the patterns
of fear, shame and numbness that have kept us feeling small.
We can touch and open to the clarity and love
that have always been in us, shining.
We can truly experience the joy of being alive.
